I understand that making the decision to attend a counselling session is no easy feat and whatever emotions it brings up are welcome. During our first session together we will get to know one another. We will discuss your goals and expectations and I will explain the therapy I offer to ensure complete understanding of the therapeutic process. 

I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation before our first appointment, to see if it is a right fit. After that I offer 50 minute counselling sessions that can either be in person, virtual or over the phone. 

My current introductory  pricing is $100 + GST for each 50 minute counselling session

Contact your insurance company to find out if your plan covers the fees of a Registered Professional Counsellor Candidate from the CPCA (Canadian Professional Counsellors Association). This is often found under “Counselling” or “Clinical Counselling” sections of your extended benefits. I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your extended health benefits provider. 

If you need to change or cancel your appointment please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you let me know within 24 hours you will be charged for 50% of the session cost. If you no show for an appointment you will be charged the full amount. I understand emergency situations happen, so please let me know if this is the case and exceptions can be made.
